Claire E. Parsons, a member of the Firm’s Local Government, Business Litigation, and School Law practice groups presented yesterday at the third annual NKY Chamber Women’s Initial Regional Summit. Over 300 women professionals attended this conference which offered sessions on a number of topics focused on helping attendees “Unlock their Potential.” In particular, Claire led two breakout sessions entitled “Mindfulness Tools for 21st Century Professional Women” which provided instruction on meditation practices and advice on how to incorporate those practices into the life of even the busiest professional. Claire has demonstrated success in the stressful field of law practice and litigation by using mindfulness practices to manage stress, quickly recharge, and find balance. As an active member of many professional women’s groups, Claire wanted to share these tools with other professional women to help them find success in their own lives, communities, and places of work.
