Policy Development
While acting as general counsel, our Firm has helped local governmental entities develop policies that are a framework for the operation of the entity. We have been able to minimize the time and effort in these projects because of our experience.

Legislative Matters
The attorneys of the Government Practice Group have participated in the drafting of Ordinances, Regulations and Interlocal Agreements. They have also analyzed the ramifications of Proposed Legislative and Administrative Actions to make their clients aware of the possible results of the action being taken.

Procurement
We have counseled governmental entities on Public Bidding and Purchasing. This advice extends to Purchasing Real Estate, obtaining Easements, requesting proper Zoning and Condemnation and Eminent Domain if the need arises.
