Brian M. Ellerman

Brian M. Ellerman, a Partner at Adams, Stepner, Wotlermann and Dusing, PLLC, practices in the areas of corporate structuring, commercial development, finance and commercial banking and is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the State of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Kentucky, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from Northern Kentucky University in 1996 and his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude, in 2001. While at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, he served as Editor-In-Chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. Brian is a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky and serves on multiple community outreach boards including the Board of Governors of Salmon P. Chase College of Law Alumni Association, Newport Commons, Inc., the Parish Kitchen Council, and Commonwealth Fund for KET, Northern Kentucky.

Brian resides with his wife and two children in Newport, Kentucky.
