Dennis R. Williams
Dennis R. Williams, a Member at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing PLLC, heads up the firms’ Commercial Banking and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group. An Attorney with over twenty-five years experience, he practices in the areas of commercial and financial law, restructure, bankruptcy and reorganization, uniform commercial code litigation, lender liability litigation, and commercial real estate.
A native of Northern Kentucky, he received his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics from Northern Kentucky University and his law degree from the University of Louisville. While attending law school, he was a member of the Brandeis Society, indicating his academic achievement.
He has served as a Charter member of the Northern Kentucky Bankruptcy and Reorganization Committee, the Chairman of the Kentucky Bar Association’s Statewide Bankruptcy section; Director for the Northern Kentucky Bar Association; member of Kentucky Bar Association unauthorized practice committee; Chairman, Covington Business Council; and on various community boards in Northern Kentucky. He is a member of the Kentucky, Cincinnati and Ohio Bar Associations, ATLA and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts in both Kentucky and Ohio, he was admitted to practice in 1977.
