Donald L. Stepner

Donald L. Stepner, a Member at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC, is chairman of the firm’s litigation section. He has had extensive litigation experience representing individuals and corporate clients in both Federal and State courts since 1966. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Ohio.

Mr. Stepner received his undergraduate degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College and his law degree from the University of Kentucky. He is a member of the American, Ohio, Kentucky and Northern Kentucky Bar Associations. He served on the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association from 1990 to 1996. He was president of the Kentucky Bar Association for 1999-2000.

He received the 1999 Distinguished Attorney Award from the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, is on the Board of the Kentucky Bar Foundation and is a member of the American Bar Association – House of Delegates. He is called upon to act as a mediator in various areas of litigation. Mr. Stepner is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America.
