Gerald F. Dusing
Gerald F. Dusing is a Member at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing PLLC. An experienced trial lawyer, Gerry practices in the areas of litigation, commercial law, personal injury, school law, zoning, real estate development, administrative law, trial and appellate practice.
Admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1974, Gerry is admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts, U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a Member of the Ky. Board of Bar Examiners, the Ky. Council of School Board Attorneys and former Chairman of the Ky. Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Commission. He received his B.A. from Thomas More College and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law where he was awarded membership on the Law Journal and Order of the Coif. In 2003, he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the No. Ky. Bar Association.
Gerry resides in Union, Ky with his wife Marilyn. Gerry has enjoyed serving on charitable and civic boards and currently is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Thomas More College.
