James G. Woltermann

Jim Woltermann is a Member at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC. An experienced attorney, Jim practices in the areas of real estate, business entities and estate planning.

Admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1972, Jim is also a member of the Northern Kentucky, Ohio, and American Bar Associations. Jim was President of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association in 1985, and was a Member of the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Bar Association Foundation. Jim is licensed to practice law in all Kentucky and Ohio Courts, the U.S. District Court,Eastern District of Kentucky, the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court. He received his B.A. from the Thomas More College (1969) and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law (1972).

Jim resides in Union, Kentucky with his wife Phyllis. They have one son and three daughters.
