Jason C. Kuhlman

Jason C. Kuhlman is a Partner at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC He focuses his trial and appellate practice in the areas of civil rights defense, insurance defense, appellate practice, commercial litigation involving employment, trademark and unfair competition law.

Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2001, the Kentucky Bar in 2002, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky in 2002, the U.S. Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit in 2006, and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio in 2007, Jason is a member of the Ohio State, Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati and American Bar Associations. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from University of Kentucky in 1998 and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2001.

Jason is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Kentucky Defense Council and LEGACY. He resides in Park Hills, Kentucky.
