Mary Ann Stewart

Mary Ann Stewart is a Member at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC. She has significant experience as a trial attorney in civil litigation, and as general counsel to various local governments. Mary Ann practices in the areas of local government, zoning, school law, civil rights, commercial litigation and employment law. She has successfully represented cities, counties, school districts, and other local governmental entities since 1990. Mary Ann has also been a featured speaker on topics such as zoning and governmental tort liability for the Kentucky Bar Association; the Northern Kentucky Bar Association; and the Kentucky League of Cities.

Mary Ann was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1988, and the Ohio Bar in 1989. She is licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky and the Southern District of Ohio, and the U. S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She graduated from Thomas More College (1985), and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (1988). She is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association and has served in the House of Delegates, and as a Trial Commissioner for the Kentucky Bar Association. Mary Ann has also served on various boards for different community and charitable organizations. A Northern Kentucky native, Mary Ann resides in Crestview Hills, Kentucky with her husband and two children.
