Andy concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor’s rights law, construction law and commercial litigation.

Andy routinely works with small to medium size businesses with regard to facilitating and structuring secured transactions.  Further, he is experienced in assisting clients with collecting accounts receivables and other commercial obligations.  This includes representing clients in the event that an individual or business debtor files for bankruptcy.

Andy is an attorney who understands that collections can be a stressful and frustrating experience in which the cost of pursuing a debtor must be weighed against the likelihood of collecting.  As a result, he begins every client relationship with a detailed discussion of all available options and the potential costs of each.  He will then use this information to formulate a strategy which is tailored to meeting his client’s specific needs.
