Angela M. Hayden is an Associate at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC, where she concentrates her practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law and domestic relations, and criminal litigation with an emphasis on federal matters.

Ms. Hayden handles matters both locally and nationally and has defended companies in employment- related lawsuits and proceedings instituted by administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, as well as cases filed by individual plaintiffs. Ms. Hayden has defended cases involving allegations of discrimination and wrongful termination and other similar claims. Ms. Hayden also advises clients on best practices for litigation avoidance. In addition, Ms. Hayden has represented companies in administrative proceedings involving workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation.

Ms. Hayden also has experience representing companies in a variety of business-related disputes. In addition she has family court experience.
Ms. Hayden has also assisted in representing individuals in federal criminal investigations and proceedings.

Ms. Hayden formerly served as a staff attorney to the Honorable James Mason, Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division and as a legal extern to the Honorable James S. Gwin in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
