Catherine D. Stavros is a Partner at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann and Dusing PLLC. She practices law in the areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Kentucky and Ohio and Kentucky Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.

In her real estate practice, Cathy represents buyers, sellers or lenders in the purchase or sale or mortgaging of real estate. She is also an Ohio title insurance agent. Other provided services include title exams, preparing purchase contracts, 1031 Exchanges, cash closings and document preparation.

In her bankruptcy practice, she represents debtors in either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Kentucky bankruptcy. Sometimes bankruptcy can be avoided when creditors are contacted and payment arrangements can be made. Cathy will educate the client to decide what the best option is in their specific interest.
