Glenn E. Algie is a Partner at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC. For over 20 years, he has practiced in all areas of civil litigation with primary emphasis on Creditors’ Rights, Commercial Litigation, Consumer Litigation, Commercial Banking, Commercial Financial Law, UCC Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Lender Liability Litigation.
As part of the firm’s Commercial Banking Practice Group, Glenn has represented financial institutions in both state and federal court in Ohio and Kentucky. He has represented interested parties in bankruptcy proceedings, with an emphasis on protecting and aggressively defending the rights of creditors. Furthermore, he has defended financial institutions and lenders against legal claims of breach of contract, fraud, and lender liability lawsuits.
By working closely with the firm’s Civil Litigation Practice Groups, he is an experienced litigator, with years of trial practice experience. In addition to this representation of banking and financial institutions, Glenn has provided counsel and representation to commercial developments and corporations involving complex issues of loan transactions, construction contracting, lien law, bankruptcy and reorganization issues and real estate.
Glenn has been active in his profession and in the community throughout his career by frequently presenting seminars on issues affecting all aspects of commercial and consumer lending.
