James G. Woltermann is a Member at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC. He practices in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Development, Business Organization & Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, Estate Planning and Probate. Jim serves as the firm’s Managing Partner.

For nearly 40 years, Jim has represented corporate, governmental and individual clients providing solutions to complex problems affecting business development and individual estate planning. By overseeing the firm’s Business Law practice, he has worked for a vast spectrum of firm clients providing counseling on day-to-day business issues and concerns. Furthermore, he has extensive experience assisting with reasonable solutions to complex business capital, formation, organizational and succession problems.

Additionally, Jim has counseled large and small businesses in the complexities of Pension and Profit Sharing Plans, Employee Benefits, ERISA law and Executive Compensation issues. He has extensive experience working with qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, ERISA issues and related tax matters.

In the firm’s Private Client practice group, he has significant experience assisting individual clients with Estate Planning, including wealth preservation, probate, succession of family businesses and trust administration. Jim has spent considerable effort developing creative solutions to protect individual’s or family’s current situation as well as their long-term plans.

Finally, drawing on the four decades of serving firm clients throughout the Northern Kentucky and Tri-State area, Jim provides clients with well-reasoned and practical representation meeting their business and individual legal needs that affect their daily lives.
