Jessica B. Rawe is an Associate with Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, Elder Law, Taxation and Business Representation.

In her Estate Planning practice, Jessica is an innovative problem solver who provides peace of mind by preparing personalized estate plans for clients ranging from new parents seeking to provide stability for their children, to blended families whose goals vary significantly from those established by intestacy statutes, to more senior clients who desire to maximize their legacy.  In conjunction with their estate plan, senior clients also look to Jessica’s expertise for advice on planning for long term chronic illnesses and Medicaid issues.  Jessica has worked with clients of various levels of wealth to devise charitable giving strategies that allow them to support those causes which are important to them, and has also helped clients with special needs obtain the full benefit of public assistance programs for which they are eligible in order to ensure their needs are met.

Many small businesses also trust Jessica to counsel them on corporate matters ranging from business formation to employment issues, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, tax matters, corporate governance and succession planning.  Jessica assists businesses with obtaining and protecting trademark and other intellectual property rights, and is also experienced in securities matters where she has facilitated several private placements in order to help businesses generate the capital they need to be successful.
