Michael M. Sketch is a Member at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC. For over 30 years, he has practiced in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Development and Planning, Banking, Probate and Adoptions.
By overseeing the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, Michael has represented most of the firm’s developer and banking clients, providing counseling on sophisticated, multi-million dollar commercial developments, land acquisitions, developments and financing. His practice has comprised all aspects of real property law including Land Development, Title Insurance, curing Title Defect issues, Zoning and Land Use, Sales and Acquisitions, Leasing, Taxation and Project Financing. Working closely with the Government Practice Group, he provides developers, financial institutions and business owners with comprehensive representation in areas involving issues that involve public utilities and administrative agencies.
In the Firm’s Private Client group, Michael represents individual clients and business owners, particularly high net worth clients, with Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate issues. He has worked for years with the firm’s oldest and most established clients to ensure continuity in their business objectives and individual estate plan.
Additionally, he has become one of Northern Kentucky’s leading recognized counsel on adoption law in Kentucky. He has represented and counseled many birth and adoptive parents, working in the Kentucky Courts on the behalf of parents and adopted children for over 25 years.
