Richard E. Wentz is Of Counsel at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC. An experienced business and estates attorney, Dick practices in the areas of corporate law, business representation and business transactions, and taxation.

Dick was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1975, and the Ohio Bar, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky and U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit in 1976. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Kenton County (Secretary, 1981; Treasurer, 1982), Northern Kentucky, Kentucky (Director, Section of Corporations, Banking and Business Law, 1986—; Chairman, Business Section, 1994-1996; Member, Task Force to Amend Kentucky Business Corporation Act; Member, Task Force to Draft Kentucky Limited Liability Company Act) and Ohio State Bar Associations.

Dick received his B.A. from Centre College of Kentucky (1969); M.A. from Vanderbilt University (1972); and J.D. from University of Kentucky (1975).
