Our experience in this area of the law has enabled us to better represent our clients as the enter into business transaction.  It enables us to approach the risks of recovery better in the event of a breach or failure of the transaction.  Bankruptcy planning concepts exist in every major business transaction and should be dealt with at the time of the transaction.
